01 About these terms

The website ylot.net (the “Site”) is operated by Mahsool Al-Yemen Food Trading Company, Commercial Registration No. 4030584415, operating as “Y LOT” (“Y LOT”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

02 Who the Site is for

Y LOT is a business-to-business wholesale supplier of Yemeni green (unroasted) coffee to roasters, importers, and trade buyers. The Site is intended for business users and is not a consumer store.

03 No online sales

The Site does not sell coffee or take payment online. There is no cart, checkout, or online ordering. Information on the Site — including lots, scores, descriptions, and minimum quantities — is provided for information only and is not a binding offer to sell.

Any sale is concluded separately through a written quotation and invoice agreed directly between you and Y LOT, and is governed by the terms of that quotation, invoice, and any separate supply agreement — not by the Site.

04 Sample requests

You can request samples through the Site. Submitting a request does not create a contract and is not a guarantee that we will send samples. We provide samples at our discretion, normally to qualified buyers, and subject to availability. The information you submit must be accurate. Shipping arrangements for samples are agreed separately with you.

05 Product information

We describe our lots using information available at the time of publication, including cupping scores assigned by Q graders, flavor notes, varietals, processing methods, altitudes, and availability. Coffee is a natural, seasonal product, and this information is indicative and may change without notice.

Nothing on the Site is a warranty or guarantee in respect of any particular shipment. The agreed specification, grade, and quantity for any order are those set out in the quotation, invoice, or supply agreement for that order — confirmed against approved samples at our origin checkpoint.

06 Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Y LOT name and logo, lot names, text, descriptions, photographs, graphics, and design — is owned by Y LOT or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or otherwise use any of it without our prior written permission, beyond normal personal viewing of the Site.

07 Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its underlying systems; scrape, harvest, or copy its content at scale; introduce malware or harmful code; or interfere with the Site’s operation or security.

08 Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp and Instagram. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services.

09 Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current.

10 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Y LOT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

11 Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13 Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
